COVID-19/Coronavirus Update:

Following the CDC and World Health Organizations suggestions to socially distance ourselves, I have taken the step to temporarily suspend all in-person HypnoBirthing® Classes due to Covid-19/Coronavirus. Once we get the all clear to host gatherings safely again, we will resume in-person classes.

Until then, fear not, online classes via Zoom are available.

What does that mean and what does that involve?
​
The good news is nothing will change as regards the course content or layout. You will still get the Grade A, Evidence Based HypnoBirthing® Curriculum taught by myself, Cliodhna Griffin, Master Trainer and Faculty Member of the HypnoBirthing Institute.
​
*Instead of meeting in a group class setting, we will log on each session via Zoom, a free easy to use meeting platform.
​
*Classes will take place from the comfort of your own home weekly for 5 weeks, PJ's and fluffy socks totally acceptable attire!
​
*All study materials will be mailed to you prior to class.
​
*You will have complete guidance from me, your instructor via email, phone or text right up until your birth your baby and beyond!

Cliodhna has taught us so much more than we expected to learn. She not only teaches about HypnoBirthing techniques but she helps prepare you for talking to the doctors/nurses and making educated decisions about your baby and birth. I am no longer worried but now excited about my birthing day. I'm confident that I won't have to experience much pain and I already have used some of the things I've learned at doctors appointments. I feel empowered! I would encourage first time moms like myself or moms who already have children to consider HypnoBirthing and Cliodhna's classes especially. It will complete transform your mind on pregnancy and birthing and make you a more prepared Mama!
